Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join a fast-growing international digital business and take ownership of performance acquisition campaigns across DSP-style ad networks and additional traffic sources.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns while maintaining strong control over traffic quality, conversion performance and profitability.

The ideal candidate has around 3-4 years of media buying/performance marketing experience, has managed meaningful daily budgets, and understands how to scale campaigns across platforms such as Adcash, Adsterra, PropellerAds, ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars or similar networks.

What You'll Do

Experience within Adult/Dating is strongly preferred.

• Launch, manage, optimize and scale campaigns across DSP-style ad networks including Adcash, Adsterra, PropellerAds and similar platforms
• Work with Adult/Dating traffic sources such as ExoClick, TrafficJunky and TrafficStars where relevant
• Own campaigns end-to-end, including setup, targeting, tracking integration, optimization and scaling
• Manage significant campaign budgets, with experience around €10K-€15K daily spend highly desirable
• Analyze traffic quality, user behavior, conversion paths and campaign economics to improve ROI
• Monitor and optimize campaigns across CPA, CPL, RevShare and other performance-based models
• Identify new traffic sources, publishers and acquisition partners
• Build relationships with ad networks and account managers to unlock whitelists, placements and scaling opportunities
• Negotiate performance-based commercial opportunities where applicable
• Test additional traffic sources including native, push, pop, display, social and programmatic
• Test and optimize targeting, placements, creatives, landing pages and pre-landers
• Collaborate on or independently build and improve landing pages and pre-landers
• Monitor tracking accuracy and troubleshoot campaign or attribution issues
• Maintain structured campaign reporting and translate performance data into clear optimization and scaling decisions
• Continuously identify new opportunities to expand acquisition channels and profitable traffic volume

Requirements

• 3-4+ years of hands-on media buying or performance marketing experience
• Strong experience managing campaigns through ad networks such as Adcash, Adsterra, PropellerAds,
  
  

ExoClick, TrafficJunky, TrafficStars or similar platforms

• Experience managing and scaling substantial daily advertising budgets
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare and other performance marketing models
• Strong campaign optimization and scaling skills
• Experience analyzing traffic quality, user behavior and conversion funnels
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as Voluum, Everflow or similar
• Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, Excel and performance reporting
• Ability to make fast, data-driven decisions based on campaign economics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced performance environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Previous Adult/Dating media buying experience
• Experience managing €10K-€15K+ in daily ad spend
• Existing relationships with ad networks, account managers, publishers or other traffic partners
• Experience across native, push, pop, display, social and programmatic traffic
• Experience working directly with publishers or acquisition partners
• Experience building or optimizing landing pages and pre-landers
• Strong knowledge of international traffic and multi-GEO acquisition
• Experience working across global markets and distributed international teams
  
  

Benefits

€3,000-€3,500/month + performance-based bonus linked to KPIs.

This is a hybrid role based in Barcelona or Cyprus.
