Your goal is to help more small businesses discover Sintra by turning paid channels into a repeatable, scalable growth engine. This role is not about “running ads.” It’s about owning budgets, unlocking scale, and building systems that consistently bring in high-intent customers. What you'll do Own paid social strategy and execution, primarily on Meta Manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize impact Decide when to scale, pause, or reallocate spend based on performance Unlock and manage scale, taking campaigns from early traction to meaningful volume Partner with creative to form hypotheses, test new angles and avatars, and turn learnings into repeatable systems Effectively run the whole Meta paid ads team: video editors, creative strategists, CRO Who we're looking for 3+ years of experience in performance media buying (We’re open to fewer years if you’ve managed large budgets or successfully scaled spend, e.g. unlocking growth from ~€30k/day to €100k+/day.) Proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns Strong judgment around budget allocation and prioritization Deep understanding of creative-driven performance in paid social Comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability Clear communicator with a builder mindset Salary range : €5,000-7,000/month gross, depending on experience.
