Our Digital Products Team is looking for a Senior Media Buyer who lives and breathes Meta ads - but works like it's 2026, not 2020. We buy media with our own CRM backend data, automate the boring parts with AI, and move fast on creatives. Feeling the match? Here’s what you’ll be working on: Develop and execute media buying strategies for digital D2C brands; Plan and manage advertising budgets and campaign pacing to ensure optimal performance and efficiency; Make scale/kill decisions based on backend data (CPA, AOV, LTV) - not just Meta-attributed data; Run structured A/B and creative testing to evaluate campaign elements and identify areas for improvement; Work hands-on with quiz funnels, advertorials, from routing traffic to reading drop-off and conversion data; Analyze winning ads (your own and competitors) and work closely with the creative team - bringing feedback, insights, and new ad ideas; Use automation tools such as Birch (ex. Revealbot) https://bir.ch/ for automated decision-making Keep up to date with the newest marketing trends and actually implement them. Here’s how you’ll contribute: 3+ years of hands-on Meta media buying experience, preferably with digital products or subscription offers; Strong creative instincts - you can deconstruct why an ad wins, spot angles worth testing, and brief the creative team with specifics, not "we need more creatives"; Active user of AI tools in daily work (Claude, ChatGPT, AI image, workflow automations) - you use them to work faster and smarter; Proven track record managing large monthly ad budgets profitably; Strong interest and curiosity in the world of progressive digital advertising & e-commerce; Proactive, transparent, and self-motivated attitude. Bonus points if you: Have run traffic on other channels - MediaGo, AppLovin, LiveIntent, Taboola/Outbrain, TikTok, or Google; Know the health & wellness vertical and how to keep angles Meta-compliant; Understand tracking beyond the pixel: CAPI and server-side tracking.
