About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Facebook Media Buyer to plan, manage, optimize, and scale Meta advertising campaigns. You'll work closely with creative and operations teams to drive profitable lead generation campaigns and maximize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Launch, manage, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

· Create and test audiences, creatives, and ad copy.

· Monitor key metrics including CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.

· Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining performance.

· Analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies.

· Collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing creatives.

· Stay updated with Meta platform changes and industry trends.

Requirements

· 1–2 years of experience managing Facebook (Meta) Ads.

· Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and campaign optimization.

· Experience in performance marketing and lead generation.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-focused.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in Insurance, Finance, Home Improvement, or Lead Generation campaigns.

· Knowledge of TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms.

· Experience with copywriting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
