Media Buyer (Remote, Egypt)

Pathwise is a Dubai-licensed digital marketing agency working with brands across the GCC and Europe. We're hiring a Media Buyer to own paid campaigns for our clients, including brands launching from zero.

What you'll do

• Plan, launch and scale campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat
• Build media plans and budget splits for new brand launches with no historical data
• Write and test creative briefs with our design and video team
• Own reporting: spend, CPA, ROAS, and what you're changing next
• Work directly with the founder, not through layers

What we need

• 3+ years buying media, agency or brand side
• Proven GCC experience (UAE and Saudi especially). You know the platforms, the seasonality, the audiences
• You have taken at least one brand from launch to a working acquisition channel
• Excellent written and spoken English. Client-facing reporting quality
• Arabic is a strong plus
• Comfortable being measured on results, not hours
