Wordletic is a CEFR-aligned language learning app (A1–C2) built around a distinctive method: short audio warm-up sessions with hypnosis and meditation that prime the learner, followed by structured lessons. We’re a small, fast-moving consumer-subscription business that acquires most customers through performance marketing channels. The product is live on iOS and Android with a growing content library across multiple languages.
Paid social is how this business grows. You will run the Meta and TikTok accounts day to day, working with our Head of Growth, our Creative Strategist and the founder.
Get ready to
- Manage our Meta and TikTok ad accounts — structure, budgets, bidding, audiences, and placements.
- Drive Meta and TikTok performance end to end, from planning through execution to scaling.
- Manage and optimize large budgets for sustainable, profitable growth.
- Make daily scaling and cutting decisions.
- Run a continuous testing programme across audiences, placements, offers, and bidding.
- Monitor and improve CAC and cost per purchase against the targets set by the Head of Growth.
- Build, maintain, and optimize campaign automation and reporting tools to keep accounts efficient at scale.
- Leverage third-party analytics tools to gain deeper performance insights than the platforms alone can provide.
- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and funnel teams on full-funnel campaigns.
- Bring insights, recommendations, and new ideas to the team — not just execution.
- Explore and scale new channels as we add them, including AppLovin, LiveIntent, and others.

We expect you to
- Have 3+ years of hands-on experience buying paid social at scale and managing significant ad spend yourself.
- Be fluent in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager, using them as your daily tools.
- Be meticulous when it comes to account structure, naming conventions, and budget management.
- Approach testing in a structured way, isolating variables and documenting learnings.
- Feel comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets on a daily basis.
- Ideally, bring experience from a consumer subscription or D2C business environment.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with AppLovin, LiveIntent, or other paid acquisition channels beyond Meta and TikTok.
- Exposure to health, wellness, or ed-tech products would be an advantage.
- It’s a plus if you’ve scaled an account from the ground up rather than inheriting an already mature one.
Salary
Gross salary range is 3000-5500 EUR/month.
Location
We have several great workspaces to choose from, including our headquarters in Vilnius and our hubs in Klaipėda and Riga.
For our Vilnius office, we follow a
4 days onsite, 1 day remote hybrid model. For roles based outside Vilnius, the work arrangement -onsite, hybrid, or remote-depends on the specific position.
