Panda Ventures is seeking a hands-on Social Media Content Producer to join us at an early stage and build Demilked's social presence from the ground up. Demilked.com is a project built entirely around creator tools - the apps, platforms, and tech that help creators make, grow, and get paid. We're at the best possible moment to join: the 0-to-1 stage. Nothing is set in stone yet, which means whoever comes in now doesn't inherit a strategy - they get to write it. In this pivotal role, you will have true ownership over our social strategy and process, with the freedom to pitch ideas, test them, and call the shots - and when something takes off, we go all in with you. What You Will Do: Building the system that turns Demilked.com 's long-form content - in-depth tool comparisons, reviews, and best-of lists - into content that actually stops social audiences mid-scroll; Testing social media content formats and platforms to find where our target audience actually is - we're not aiming to be everywhere, just where it counts, and that's still something we aim to discover; Building the brand's voice and personality on social; Owning the entire creative loop, start to finish: dream it up → make it → post it → learn from what happened → make the next one sharper; Analysing performance data and results, not just aesthetics, to guide what we double down on; Identifying when a direction has enough traction to justify bringing in extra resources (video editor, scriptwriter, and whatever it takes); Supporting YouTube channel's launch; Leveraging AI tools as a creative thinking partner and as a system to keep social media processes moving fast. What We Expect: Ability to hands-on execute testing ideas - meaning you have the skills and knowledge to bring your social media content ideas to life (using AI tools is very much wanted); Initiative - this project is not for someone waiting to be told what's next; Comfortable blending strategy with hands-on execution, especially in the early stage; Genuinely plugged into what's working on social right now, with sharp instincts for why; Comfortable wearing many hats - strategist, creator, analyst - with the scope narrowing over time as we build and lead a social media team around it; AI-savvy mindset; Analytical skills; Curiosity and hunger to get fluent in the creator economy, if you aren't already.
