Avyan is a young agency in Singapore, growing quickly, and we are hiring the person who will own media for us. You will plan and buy across the full digital mix, lead the client conversations that go with it, and coach a small team. You will also be the person who spots the next thing we should be good at and goes and learns it.

We are looking for someone roughly four to five years into an agency career. We want a hands-on operator with strong client servicing skills who is ready for their first proper leadership seat.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Media planning, buying and optimisation. Full 360 digital planning for your accounts. You will buy directly on platforms across search, paid social and DV360, run programmatic where it makes sense, and work with Singapore publishers and suppliers on the placements that need a direct conversation. Planning, execution, optimisation and reporting all sit with you.
• Client ownership. You are the media voice in the room. Day to day relationships, performance conversations, quarterly reviews, annual planning, and a clear point of view when a client asks what they should do next.
• Leading a small team. Your job is to get work out the door and to make them better while you do it.
• Vendor and publisher relationships. Know who to call, what the market rate is, and where the value is. Strong relationships across platforms, publishers and suppliers are a large part of why we would hire you.
• Growing beyond paid. You must know digital media extensively on day one. You will then grow into the wider digital picture: SEO, GEO (generative engine optimisation), organic social, comms, and the delivery partners we work with on those and on website updates. Clients ask us for all things digital and we say yes, which means the person in this seat ends up with genuine marketing domain expertise rather than a single channel.
• Commercial discipline. Budgets, billing accuracy and account profitability.
• Market perspective. Stay ahead of platform, format and measurement changes in Singapore, and turn that into advice our clients can act on.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Around four to five years of digital media experience, gained agency-side in the Singapore market.
• Strong Client Servicing and project management skills including presentation skills
• Genuine hands-on depth across the buying platforms: Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DV360, GA4. Certifications are welcome
• Established publisher, platform and vendor relationships in Singapore.
• Strong analytical instincts. You can read a performance report, find the thing that matters, and explain it to a client who is not a media person.
• Comfortable operating in a small team and being proactive in taking up new opportunities
• Candidates must already be authorised to work in Singapore.
