Overview

Join Reynolds Consumer Products…and Drive Your Career across a world of opportunities!

We currently have an opportunity for a Media Manager, Retail Media Network - Mass & Club to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Responsibilities

The Media Manager, Retail Media Network - Mass & Club owns retail media planning and activation across Reynolds Consumer Products' Mass & Club customers. The role translates customer and brand priorities into commercially grounded media strategies that connect assortment, innovation, promotions, digital shelf, and customer planning to drive incremental sales and profitable growth. This position is accountable for investment quality, full-funnel effectiveness, execution excellence, and continuous performance improvement.

You Will Have the Opportunity to Make Great Things Happen!

Retail Media Strategy & Commercial Planning

  • Own the Mass & Club retail media agenda across priority customers, including annual planning, campaign strategy, activation, optimization, pacing, and performance readouts.
  • Translate customer plans, joint business planning priorities, assortment, innovation, promotions, and key selling moments into an integrated retail media calendar.
  • Build balanced full-funnel plans that connect demand creation and demand capture, with clear roles for retail search, onsite display, offsite media, social and commerce extensions, and other retailer capabilities.
  • Set investment recommendations by retailer, brand, item, and objective, and reallocate dollars based on business performance, economics, and customer priorities.

Performance Management & Optimization

  • Protect always-on retail search as a core sales-driving capability and ensure priority items and brands maintain appropriate coverage against high-intent demand.
  • Use sales, traffic, conversion, share, new-to-brand or household penetration, incrementality, profitability, and media efficiency signals to evaluate performance; use ROAS as one input rather than the sole measure of success.
  • Identify and address pacing issues, search gaps, out-of-stocks, weak conversion, and underperforming tactics early, with clear actions and escalation where needed.
  • Create concise business readouts that explain performance, key drivers, learning, implications, and recommended next actions.

Cross-Functional & Partner Leadership

  • Partner closely with the Omnichannel Mass & Club leader and customer teams, aligning retail media strategy and execution to the customer agenda while maintaining clear decision rights.
  • Connect media plans with digital shelf and content readiness so priority items are discoverable, in stock, and conversion-ready before investment is scaled.
  • Lead agency, platform, retail media network, and technology partners across briefing, campaign setup standards, optimization direction, budget pacing, issue escalation, and performance accountability.
  • Work across Sales, Omnichannel, Brand, Content, Finance, and Analytics to align investments, resolve barriers, and drive shared commercial outcomes.

Test, Learn & Investment Stewardship

  • Build and manage a disciplined test-and-learn roadmap across audiences, search, formats, creative, bidding, retailer capabilities, and measurement.
  • Scale proven approaches, stop or redesign low-value activity, and reduce duplicative spend.
  • Surface investment risks and opportunities early with a clear recommendation and financial or business rationale.

You Will Love It Here If…

  • You listen, learn, and evolve
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • You put safety first, always
  • You are passionate about collaboration, teamwork, and achieving shared goals
  • You believe in treating all people with respect, operating ethically, and growing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
