WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 💼 Independently execute and optimise digital marketing tactics, ensuring they are aligned with the set strategic direction. Handle day-to-day operational tasks, including setup, optimisation, and reporting, to ensure high-quality execution and optimal performance. Analyse data to uncover trends and insights that can guide tactical decisions and continuous improvement efforts. Implement testing initiatives, analyse results, and make optimisation recommendations to improve performance. Provide clients with clear and structured insights into ongoing activities and deliver actionable recommendations. Collaborate closely with the team to integrate learnings into the overall success of client experience and delivery. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR ✔️ 2-4 years of operational experience across Paid Search. An understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem, with experience running operations of the full suite of campaign types within Google Ads, Meta & TikTok. Comprehensive hands-on experience and technical knowledge of the platforms to enhance overall digital marketing efforts in relation to client goals. A proven track record of delivering high performance with large, complex campaigns Feed management experience to optimise serving and independently troubleshoot issues. Technical acumen to identify and resolve operational or platform-related issues, ensuring smooth execution of digital activities. Strong capability to analyse performance data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to enhance digital efforts. Ability to develop hypotheses and conduct tests to inform continuous improvement practices. Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients on operational aspects and contributing to strategic conversations.
