Medical Adviser Customer Lead

Location: Ireland (Field-Based with Hybrid Working)

We are looking for an experienced Medical Adviser Customer Lead to join our Medical Affairs team and play a pivotal role in advancing scientific excellence, medical strategy, and stakeholder engagement across Ireland.

In this role, you will act as a trusted scientific partner to healthcare professionals, thought leaders, medical societies, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating global and regional medical strategies into impactful local plans, driving meaningful scientific exchange, supporting evidence generation, and ensuring the highest standards of compliance and patient focus.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Adviser, Medical Science Liaison (MSL), or Scientific Advisor looking to take on a broader strategic role while continuing to engage directly with external experts and healthcare stakeholders.

What you'll do

  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, thought leaders, medical societies, and patient organisations.
  • Deliver high-quality scientific engagement and generate insights to inform medical strategy and evidence generation.
  • Translate global and regional medical strategies into impactful local plans aligned to patient and business needs.
  • Provide strategic medical expertise and scientific leadership to cross-functional teams.
  • Support evidence generation through clinical studies, real-world evidence programmes, and investigator-initiated research.
  • Lead and contribute to advisory boards, congresses, medical education initiatives, and key lifecycle activities while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and pharmacovigilance requirements.

Who you are

  • Advanced scientific or medical qualification (MD, Pharmacist, PhD, or Life Sciences degree).
  • Experience in Medical Affairs, Medical Science Liaison, Medical Advisor, Scientific Advisor, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to build and manage complex stakeholder relationships across healthcare systems and industry.
  • Strong scientific, analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Experience supporting medical strategy, scientific exchange, and evidence generation.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, governance, and pharmacovigilance requirements. Therapeutic area expertise and Qualified Signatory status are desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary you can expect: €70,000 - €85,000 depending on skills and experience. Salary reviews take place annually in April.
