This role provides scientific leadership, ensuring high-quality medical strategy and activities that improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate will report directly into the Medical Director and be a member of the UK Medical Affairs team. Working with a passionate team, working collaboratively in a hybrid fashion. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary medical expert and lead the delivery of the local medical plans aligning with global strategy. Leading the presentation of scientific data, provide non-promotional medical information and contribute to internal training while provide accurate. Translate scientific data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Review materials for Code and regulatory compliance and support responses to promotional claims. Maintain up to date therapy area knowledge and deliver high-quality scientific training. Manage aligned Investigator Sponsored Trials and collaborate with CROs and other vendors on data. This role will have a blend of traditional engagement focused responsibilities, copy approval (on completion of training) and collaboration across the EMEA grouping. Why Join Norgine? Confident in engaging external experts and interpreting clinical/scientific data. Experience with copy approval and promotional governance (highly desirable) Ability to communicate complex scientific data clearly to diverse audiences and the ability to generate insights.
