Responsibilities: Process and submit medical claims to insurance carriers accurately and in a timely manner Review and verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits Post payments, adjustments, and denials to patient accounts Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve billing discrepancies Assist with appeals and resubmission of denied or rejected claims Maintain accurate patient billing records and documentation in the EMR/EHR system Communicate with patients, providers, and insurance companies regarding billing inquiries Requirements: Prior experience in medical billing, coding, or healthcare administration preferred Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems Knowledge of insurance claim submission processes and EOB interpretation Proficiency with EMR/EHR software and Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Excellent communication and organizational skills CPC, CPB, or related billing/coding certification is a plus About Us: APremium Healthcare Solution, LLC is a dedicated healthcare services company based in Conyers, GA, committed to delivering exceptional administrative and billing support to medical providers and their patients.
