es• Ensure compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and US coding guidelin

es• Assign Level II codes for HEDIS quality measur

es• Conduct pre- and post-audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complian

ce• Identify and communicate documentation gaps or noncomplian

ce• Support Medicare Risk Adjustment and CMS coding requiremen

ts• Collaborate with providers and staff to improve documentation quali

ty• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding standards and regulatio

ns• Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiativ
