About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Medical Credentialing Lead Generator who understands the US healthcare industry and has a proven track record of generating qualified leads for credentialing and healthcare support services.
If you're confident in cold outreach, appointment setting, and building relationships with US healthcare providers, we'd love to have you join our growing team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads from physicians, clinics, behavioral health providers, hospitals, medical groups, and healthcare organizations across the United States.
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other lead generation channels.
Identify decision-makers and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Introduce our Medical Credentialing, Payer Enrollment, Medical Billing, and RCM services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Update CRM records with accurate lead information and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
Consistently achieve lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
🔹 Requirements
Proven experience as a Medical Credentialing Lead Generator is mandatory.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Experience generating leads for US healthcare services.
Strong cold calling, appointment setting, and prospecting skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Comfortable working during US business hours (Night Shift in Pakistan).
🔹 Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Medical Credentialing, Medical Billing, RCM, or Healthcare BPO.
Knowledge of CAQH, PECOS, NPI, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance Panels.
Experience using CRM and outreach platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar tools.
