Sales Closer (Commission-Based)

Heptagram AI builds AI products that help businesses automate their workflows. We handle the lead sourcing, the research, and the tooling. What we need is a strong closer to take the calls and bring clients in.

About the role

This is a pure closing role. No cold prospecting from scratch, no hunting for contacts, no building your own lists. Every lead reaches you already qualified, with the company's details and pain points mapped out. Your job is to get on the call, understand the business in front of you, and turn the conversation into a client.

What we provide

What you'll do

• Take calls with warm, researched leads
• Pitch our AI products and tailor the value to each client's specific pain points
• Handle objections and close the deal
• Hand the signed client off to our delivery team

What we're looking for

• Proven experience closing B2B deals - SaaS or tech sales is a strong plus
• Confident on calls: you build rapport quickly and handle objections without losing the room
• Comfortable selling AI or software, and able to explain its value in plain language
• Self-motivated and reliable with your call schedule
• Fluent English

Compensation

50% commission on the value of every deal you close. No cap.

There is no base salary - this is a commission-only role, and we would rather be upfront about that than surprise you later. In exchange, your share is high, your pipeline stays full, and you never pay for leads or tools out of your own pocket.

Working arrangement

Remote, with the team based in Lahore. Calls run on US business hours.
