Medical Records Retrieval Specialist

THE ROLE As a Medical Records Retrieval Specialist, you’ll own your own queue of records requests—guiding clients through authorizations, submitting and chasing requests with healthcare providers, and making sure complete, accurate records reach our case teams. You’ll spend your days on the phone and screen-share with clients, in steady contact with providers and HIM departments, and keeping meticulous track of where every request stands. When something stalls, you’ll flag it early and keep it moving. It’s detail-driven, people-facing work with a clear purpose: the records you recover are what move real cases toward resolution. No prior legal experience required—if you’re reliable, organized, and care about doing right by people, we’ll teach you the rest.
