Role Description The Medical Representative – Dubai & NE role is a full-time remote position responsible for promoting PAXAS Pharmaceuticals’ portfolio to healthcare professionals and relevant stakeholders in the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include scheduling and conducting virtual or field-based meetings with physicians, pharmacists, clinics, and hospitals to provide accurate product information and clinical data. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, managing accounts, and ensuring timely follow-up to address inquiries and support patient access. The Medical Representative will monitor market trends, gather feedback from healthcare providers, and report on competitor activities and sales performance. Additional responsibilities include participating in digital marketing initiatives, attending online trainings, maintaining compliance with regulatory and company guidelines, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve sales and expansion targets.

Qualifications
- Strong Medical Sales and account management skills, with experience in promoting pharmaceutical or healthcare products.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including clear presentation skills and professional relationship-building.
- Foundational knowledge in Medicine and/or Pharmacy to understand product indications, mechanisms of action, and clinical data.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment, manage territory plans, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in the UAE healthcare market, especially in fertility, sexual health, weight management, or related therapeutic areas, is an advantage.
- Proficiency with digital tools (CRM systems, online meeting platforms, basic office software) and comfort with virtual engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and accurate representation of scientific information.
