Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Representative (MR) at MolarPlus. The MR will promote MolarPlus solutions to dental clinics and related healthcare providers, explaining product features that address operational, clinical, and administrative needs. Daily responsibilities include conducting virtual or in-person meetings with prospects, performing product demonstrations, following up on leads, and managing a sales pipeline. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, providing product guidance, gathering feedback from users, and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings. The MR will also track market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and contribute to strategies that expand MolarPlus’s presence in the dental software market.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Medical Sales, with experience presenting healthcare solutions and managing a consultative sales process.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and support dental professionals effectively.
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Medicine or Pharmacy, preferably with exposure to dental or clinical workflows.
• Relevant experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or dental practice management software is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, organize schedules, and meet sales targets and deadlines.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, online meeting platforms, and basic data reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Dentistry, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
