Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative to drive B2B growth across the Latin American healthcare market. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record selling directly to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other medical providers.

You’ll own the business development cycle from provider sourcing and prospecting through presentations, closing, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management. This is a high-impact, hands-on role combining B2B healthcare sales, partnership development, and account management in a fast-growing global healthcare technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers across Latin America.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking, referrals, market research, and proactive provider sourcing.
  • Lead the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Deliver compelling virtual and in-person sales presentations to prospective healthcare partners.
  • Understand each provider’s needs and position the company’s solutions accordingly.
  • Onboard new provider programs and ensure a smooth transition from signed partnership to active account.
  • Manage and strengthen ongoing provider relationships to support long-term account growth.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline progress, closed and lost opportunities, and customer issues accurately.

Requirements

  • 3–4+ years of B2B sales experience selling directly to medical providers, including doctors, clinics, or hospitals.
  • Ability to prospect, engage, and close business within the Latin American healthcare market.
  • Experience managing the full B2B sales cycle, from lead generation through closing.
  • Fluent English and Spanish with strong professional communication skills in both languages.
  • Based in Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica, Brazil, Argentina, or the Dominican Republic.
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally for provider meetings and business development activities.

Nice to Have

  • Professional proficiency in Portuguese, particularly for the Brazilian market.
  • 1–2+ years of strong account management experience.
  • Experience living or working in an English-speaking country or multicultural environment.
  • An established professional network within the Latin American healthcare provider market.

Why Join

Join a growing healthcare technology company where you’ll have significant ownership over market expansion, build strategic provider partnerships across Latin America, and directly contribute to the future of global healthcare.
