Role Description The Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling Penta Pharma Egypt’s portfolio to healthcare professionals in Ein Shams, Zatoun, Matrya, Naser City, and Cairo East, with a base in Qesm Heliopolis. This full-time, hybrid role involves regular field visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies, as well as periodic work from home for planning, reporting, and follow-up activities. Daily tasks include conducting product presentations, building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers, and ensuring proper product knowledge and positioning. The role also requires monitoring market trends, gathering customer feedback, coordinating with internal teams on supply and marketing needs, and preparing accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Medical Sales Representative is expected to meet sales targets, uphold ethical promotional practices, and represent Penta Pharma Egypt’s values and quality standards.
Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills, with experience in promoting pharmaceutical products and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and support healthcare professionals effectively.
• Solid knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand therapeutic areas, product indications, and scientific information.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Science, or a related field.
• Good command of English and Arabic, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel across Ein Shams, Zatoun, Matrya, Naser City, and Cairo East.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or reporting tools.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a hybrid environment.
