About the Role

Love bringing big ideas to life? As a Meeting Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, planning, and execution of everything from simple meetings to large-scale conferences and multi-layered events across multiple client accounts. You’ll be the go-to partner for clients, vendors, and internal teams, making sure every detail lands smoothly and every experience feels polished. This is a fast-paced role for someone who enjoys juggling priorities, solving problems on the fly, and creating standout events from kickoff to closeout.

You’re Good At

  • Leading end-to-end meeting and event planning, from timelines and budgets to onsite execution and post-event wrap-up
  • Building strong client and vendor relationships while confidently guiding conversations, expectations, and next steps
  • Managing multiple programs at once without losing sight of quality, deadlines, or the attendee experience
  • Working with budgets, contracts, reporting, and reconciliation in a smart, accurate, and business-minded way
  • Using tools like Microsoft Office, event platforms, Excel, and data reporting resources to keep programs organized and on track

You Might Also Have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 3+ years of progressive experience managing corporate meetings, conferences, conventions, or complex events
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and mentoring coordinators or onsite staff
  • Confidence with registration, housing, travel logistics, and attendee data management across event platforms
  • A calm, solutions-focused approach when priorities shift, deadlines tighten, or unexpected challenges pop up

You Should Know

  • This role is virtual and operates within Eastern / Central Standard Business Hours
  • 25% - 50% travel is required for this role on an annual basis

If you’re ready to create exceptional event experiences and make a real impact, we’d love to see your application.
