AO Globe Life is looking for a Member Benefits Advisor to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. You will help clients understand insurance options, answer questions, and guide them through a needs-based process with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities
Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Complete needs-based coverage reviews
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Educate clients on available benefits and services
Provide consistent, professional follow-up
Build strong client relationships through excellent service
Participate in training, coaching, and team development

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
