AO Globe Life is hiring Member Benefits Consultants to work remotely with individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members. You will provide education and support around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.
We provide the tools, leads, training, and coaching. You bring the communication skills, initiative, and commitment to helping clients.
Key Responsibilities
Contact and assist members using company-provided warm leads
Schedule virtual appointments and complete follow-up communication
Conduct needs-based insurance reviews
Clearly explain available benefit options
Build lasting client relationships through excellent service

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
