Member Engagement and Insights Specialist

Job Summary WellBe Senior Medical is launching a High Performance Sales Innovation Lab to reimagine how seniors are engaged, educated, and scheduled for in-home medical visits. The Member Engagement and Insights Specialist is an innovation-focused, patient-centered outreach role designed to test, refine, and scale next-generation engagement strategies for high-risk senior populations. In this role, the Member Engagement and Insights Specialist will both conduct member outreach and analyze those conversations, helping WellBe understand why members say yes or no, how trust is established, what barriers impact engagement, and which approaches most effectively lead to completed in-home visits. The Specialist will use these insights to identify trends, recommend improvements, and help refine outreach strategies. The Innovation Lab’s findings will directly inform and shape WellBe’s future member engagement models, outreach practices, and approaches across the organization. Job Description Key Responsibilities Member Outreach & Engagement ● Conduct outbound calls to eligible WellBe members to educate them on in-home care benefits and schedule visits ● Establish trust and rapport through empathetic, authentic, and patient-centered conversations ● Navigate objections and concerns with a focus on understanding, not pressure ● Clearly articulate the value of WellBe’s in-home care model in a way that feels personalized and credible Innovation & Insight Generation ● Analyze call outcomes to identify patterns, confounders, and drivers of success or resistance ● Participate in structured reviews of call recordings and transcripts ● Provide qualitative feedback on messaging, positioning, and conversation flow ● Test new engagement approaches and provide real-time feedback on what works and why ● Collaborate with leadership and analytics partners to refine outreach strategies Collaboration & Experimentation ● Work closely with peers in the Innovation Lab to share learnings and insights ● Partner with leadership, analytics, and technology teams to inform future engagement models ● Contribute to the development of best practices that can be scaled across WellBe Job Requirements Success Metrics (Innovation-Focused) Performance will be evaluated using a balanced scorecard, including: ● Quality of member engagement and trust-building ● Insightfulness and usefulness of feedback and analysis ● Adherence to evolving engagement models and best practices ● Contribution to experimentation and continuous improvement ● Appointment scheduling outcomes (measured in context, not isolation) Work Environment ● Remote / virtual-first (not geographically constrained) ● Purpose-driven, experimental, and collaborative ● Designed to feel distinct and elevated from traditional call center operations Sponsorship Statement WellBe does not offer employment-based visa sponsorship for this position.
