Position Overview

AO Globe Life is looking for a Member Protection Specialist to help clients understand insurance options that may support their families’ financial security. You will work remotely with individuals and families, conduct needs-based conversations, and provide a helpful, professional client experience.

Our team provides warm leads, online training, daily coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills needed for long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with prospective clients and schedule appointments

  • Conduct virtual needs-based discussions

  • Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options

  • Help clients understand coverage and available benefits

  • Provide professional follow-up and answer questions

  • Maintain accurate client information

  • Build positive client relationships

  • Attend training, coaching, and team development sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
