Member Services Data Quality Officer (Remote)
About PeoplePartners
- At PeoplePartners, great work starts with great people—and we’re proud to be a Great Place to Work® certified company.
- We’re a people-first team connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities and global exposure. Here, you’ll work with international clients, build skills that move your career forward, and be part of a culture where people are supported, celebrated, and encouraged to grow.
- If you’re looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, keep learning, and build a career with a team that genuinely values its people, you’ll feel right at home.
Role Overview
- Some people see a CRM record. You see the one field that doesn’t quite add up.
- As our Member Services Data Quality Officer, you’ll support one of our Australian clients by keeping member and customer information accurate, complete, consistent, and ready to be relied upon.
- Your world will revolve around data validation, cleansing, accuracy, and integrity. You’ll review records, uncover inconsistencies, correct errors, and make sure everything from contact details and membership statuses to renewal dates, subscriptions, and product entitlements aligns with established business rules.
- And when the data tells a strange story? You won’t guess the ending. You’ll investigate, clarify, or escalate.
- If clean data makes your brain happy and spotting a duplicate record feels oddly satisfying, this could be your kind of role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review member and customer records for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and duplicate records.
- Validate memberships, orders, and subscription statuses against established business rules.
- Update contact details, membership statuses, renewal dates, and product entitlements.
- Validate information before entering or updating records.
- Follow documented processes and escalate unclear or complex issues.
- Collaborate with Member Services and Digital teams when process gaps are identified.
- Prepare accurate data for communications, renewals, and reporting.
- Identify and flag data quality and process issues requiring further investigation.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working accurately with records, customer/member information, or structured data.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office 365.
- Basic understanding of data integrity, data quality, and record management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across structured and repetitive tasks.
- Ability to work independently while following documented processes and escalation procedures.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):
- Experience with CRM/database platforms.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Customer service, support, or call-center experience.
- Exposure to data auditing, data migration, or data cleansing projects.
Why Join PeoplePartners?

- You’ll have opportunities to learn, grow, and strengthen your professional skills, supported by a team that values ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- You’ll also be part of a connected culture with employee engagement activities designed to make work more rewarding and keep our people involved wherever they’re working.
- And with a work-from-home setup, you can contribute to meaningful client work without the daily commute.
- If you take pride in accuracy, enjoy turning inconsistent records into reliable information, and can’t resist fixing an issue once you’ve spotted it, we’d love to hear from you. Apply today and show us what great attention to detail looks like.
