Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and member experience. Stay updated on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
