Mendix Developer Certification is mandatory — Intermediate/Advanced Developer Certification preferred; Intermediate accepted with 5 years of production Mendix delivery. Applications without a verifiable Mendix certification will not be shortlisted.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Mendix Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying low-code applications using the Mendix platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of application architecture, integration patterns, and Agile development practices, and will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using the Mendix low-code platform.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Build and optimize microflows, nanoflows, domain models, and page designs.
  • Integrate Mendix applications with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, OData, and web services.
  • Implement security models, role-based access, and data validation within Mendix apps.
  • Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of applications.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure intuitive and responsive application design.
  • Participate in code reviews and enforce Mendix best practices and coding standards.
  • Deploy and manage applications across development, testing, and production environments (Mendix Cloud/On-Premise).
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with new Mendix releases, features, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Mendix application development.
  • Strong proficiency in Mendix Studio Pro (version 9 or higher preferred).
  • Solid understanding of domain modeling, microflows, nanoflows, and workflows.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP web service integrations and API management.
  • Familiarity with Java or JavaScript for custom widget/logic development.
  • Working knowledge of database design concepts (SQL, PostgreSQL, or similar).
  • Experience with version control tools (Mendix Team Server, Git).
  • Understanding of application lifecycle management (ALM) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Mendix security models and role-based access control.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mendix Intermediate or Advanced Certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Mendix Cloud).
  • Exposure to native mobile app development using Mendix.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Prior experience in enterprise-level or client-facing projects.
