Mendix Developer

We’re Hiring: Mendix Developer who should be able to lead the design and implementation of complex Mendix solutions across enterprise environments. The expert will provide technical leadership, define solution architecture, establish development standards, and ensure the successful delivery of strategic initiatives while mentoring development teams.

The role is fully remote, with the option to work on-site in Lisbon once a month.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and evolution of complex Mendix applications and platforms.
• Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Design complex domain models, microflows, integrations, security models, and application architecture.
• Lead integrations with enterprise systems, cloud services, databases, and APIs.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and operational resilience.
• Review code, enforce development standards, and ensure solution quality.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Mendix development teams.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD implementation, and application lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvement, evaluate new Mendix capabilities, and contribute to technical roadmaps.
• Document architecture and technical decisions, ensuring effective knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• Senior Level - Agile/Scrum Development
• Senior Level - Mendix Development
• Portuguese residency, currently based in Portugal, with C1-level proficiency in English.
