Mendix Developer (Mendix 10/11)

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced Mendix Developer to develop, modernize, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using the Mendix low-code platform.

This is a hands-on role covering the full application lifecycle — from development and integrations to modernization, platform upgrades, security, AI enablement, and production support.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise applications using Mendix 10/11
• Design and maintain Domain Models
• Develop Microflows and Nanoflows
• Build and maintain REST and SOAP integrations
• Work with the Mendix SDK
• Support application modernization, migration, and platform upgrades
• Identify opportunities for AI enablement and process automation
• Implement and maintain application security and access controls
• Work with security and identity solutions including PAM, PAR, and Okta
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues
• Provide production support and root-cause analysis
• Manage application versions, releases, and deployments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and security teams

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on experience with Mendix
• Experience with Mendix 10/11
• Strong knowledge of Domain Modeling
• Hands-on experience with Microflows & Nanoflows
• Experience with REST & SOAP integrations
• Knowledge of the Mendix SDK
• Experience with application modernization and migration
• Understanding of application security and access management
• Experience with troubleshooting and production support
• Knowledge of version control and release management
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-driven application capabilities
• Experience with PAM, PAR, and Okta
• Enterprise application modernization experience
• Experience working across complex application landscapes
