Position Overview
Join our R&D team and help shape the future of low-code application development. As a Mendix Developer, you'll work with the latest technologies—React, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, C#, and more—to build and improve our innovative platform. Your work will directly impact more than 40,000 developers from 4,000 organizations worldwide, influencing millions of end users globally.
You'll become a deeper expert in Mendix technology, contribute to defining our product roadmap, and tackle technical challenges with innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
• Develop and enhance features for the Mendix platform using modern technologies and best practices
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and drive innovation within our product
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve developer experience
• Solve complex technical challenges with creative, pragmatic approaches
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate team capabilities
• Help shape the future of low-code development through your expertise and insights
Qualifications
• Experience working with the Mendix Platform or similar low-code development environments
• Proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript
• Proven experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a passion for technology
• Demonstrated ability to continuously improve yourself and your work
• Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills

Our Benefits & Rewards
The salary range for this position is €52,100 to €78,200 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
