MEP Technical Engineer

Hiring | Freelance MEP Technical Office Engineers (Remote)

We are looking for experienced MEP Technical Office Engineers to join a large-scale MEP As-Built project on a freelance basis.

Scope of Work

• Update As-Built drawings based on Redline markups.
• Apply and interpret RIW / ITR engineering comments.
• Update DWG files in accordance with project CAD standards.
• Coordinate with the technical review team until final submission.
• Deliver accurate, well-organized drawings within the required deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an MEP Technical Office Engineer.
• Previous experience in As-Built / Redline Drawings.
• Ability to read and apply RIW / ITR comments.
• Excellent AutoCAD skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work remotely and meet project deadlines.

Work Model

• Freelance (Per Drawing / Sheet-Based).
• Fully Remote.
• Long-term collaboration.
• Continuous workload throughout the project.

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted after reviewing their CVs and previous work samples.
• Shortlisted candidates will complete a technical test based on a real project sample.
• The test fee will be paid only after obtaining Consultant Approval (Code B).
• Candidates who successfully pass the test will join the project team as freelance engineers, and the production rate (per drawing) will be agreed upon before starting the project.

نبحث عن مهندسين مكتب فني إلكتروميكانيكال (MEP) ذوي خبرة للانضمام إلى مشروع MEP As-Built كبير بنظام الفريلانس.

المهام

• تحديث مخططات As-Built طبقًا للـ Redline.
• تطبيق وتفسير ملاحظات RIW / ITR.
• تحديث ملفات AutoCAD وفقًا لمعايير المشروع.
• التنسيق مع فريق المراجعة حتى الاعتماد النهائي.
• تسليم اللوحات بجودة عالية وفي المواعيد المحددة.

الشروط

• خبرة سابقة كمهندس مكتب فني MEP.
• خبرة في أعمال As-Built وRedline Drawings.
• القدرة على قراءة وتطبيق ملاحظات RIW / ITR.
• إجادة AutoCAD.
• الدقة والالتزام بالمواعيد وجودة العمل.
• القدرة على العمل عن بُعد.

نظام العمل

• فريلانس (باللوحة).
• العمل عن بُعد بالكامل.
• تعاون طويل المدى.
• حجم عمل مستمر طوال مدة المشروع.

آلية الاختيار

• سيتم اختيار المرشحين بعد مراجعة السيرة الذاتية ونماذج الأعمال.
• سيقوم المرشحون المختارون بتنفيذ تست عملي على عينة حقيقية من المشروع.
• يتم صرف مقابل التست فقط بعد الحصول على موافقة الاستشاري (Code B).
• بعد اجتياز التست بنجاح، سيتم ضم المهندس إلى فريق العمل بالمشروع بنظام الفريلانس، ويتم الاتفاق على معدل الإنتاج (باللوحة) قبل بدء العمل.
