Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Comply with the itinerary of visits in accordance with the work plan.
• Loading and unloading of merchandise.
• Shelf arrangement, execution of the planogram (maintenance, order, cleaning, rearrangement, frontage).
• Make orders for the store from own cedis to store.
• Correct communication of prices and signs.
• Additional Responsibilities:
• Negotiate in store.
• Support in promotional actions.
• Information report of predefined KPI`s.
• Report of competition activities (promotions, new products, etcetera).
• Clarifications to the client, acting as a seller with the consumer.
  
  

Qualifications

• Professional Experience and Education
• High school completed.
• At least 1 year of experience in field sales and merchandising functions.
• Specific Knowledge
• Basic knowledge in inventories.
• Proactivity and a focus on innovation
• Negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Customer service.
