Job Description For – Software/Sr. Software Developer

Job Location: Open/Indore

Job Mode – Hybrid/ Remote

Reports To: Director (Product Development)

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to design, develop, and scale high-

performance distributed applications using Node.js and React.js. The role involves building secure, responsive

front-end interfaces and robust back-end services on AWS cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-

functional teams to optimize system architecture, performance, and scalability. The ideal candidate brings

strong coding standards, cloud expertise, and a passion for building reliable, scalable platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop large scale distributed services
• Experience developing front ends that interact with the back end such as routing, state management,
  
  

authentication, performance, etc.

• Analyze and improve the efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of the platform as a whole.
• Design and Develop effective RESTful services and APIs.
• Collaborate with key internal partners to determine how to scale & implement front-end UIs.
• Organize technical documentation
• Write high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code
• Take initiatives in developing and maintaining integrations of best practices within the back end.
• Able to create unit testing and integration testing script for developers
• Help identify systemic issues, performance bottlenecks and work on design/architect improvements
• Perform code reviews and define characteristics of high-quality coding standards.
• Ensure responsiveness of applications across all platforms and devices
• Integration of user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Building reusable code and libraries for future use
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Design and implementation of data storage solutions.
  
  

Key Skills Required: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the following tech stacks/similar

• Front end – ReactJs, ES6, Typescript, CSS 3
• Database – MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Backend - NodeJS, ES6, Typescript, Serverless
• AWS – CDK, S3, Cognito, Route53, Lambda, EKS.
• Domain Expertise:
• Experience in Real estate domain or CRM is an added advantage
• Experience in Agile Development preferred
• Individual Skills:
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative environment & handling multiple projects
• Interested in learning new technologies, creative, open-minded and a great team player
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-academic experience in software engineering role
• 5+ years of proficiency in building full stack applications using NodeJS & ReactJS
• Experience with continuous software integration and deployment
• Experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (GIT), Lint tools (ESLINT, SonarLint)
• Proficient understanding of security principles
• Good Understanding of the Architecture / AWS Services
• Experience on data segregation / partioning.
