Are you a data-driven digital marketer with a passion for paid social? We're looking for a talented Meta Ads Specialist to join our growing team and drive performance across Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.

🔷 Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns
• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and performance
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements
• Analyze campaign data and deliver actionable insights
• Stay up-to-date with Meta's latest features, policies, and best practices
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content

🔷 Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
• Proven track record of managing and scaling paid campaigns
• Strong understanding of pixel setup, custom audiences & retargeting
• Proficiency in analyzing data using Meta Business Suite & Google Analytics
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus
