Account Manager - Social Media

A fast-growing US-based organic lead generation firm is hiring a remote Account Manager to own Facebook account and community management across a portfolio of nearly 100 active clients. Full-Time | Remote | EST Hours. Hands-on familiarity with Facebook — personal or professional use at meaningful scale Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Proficiency in spreadsheet software for data tracking and reporting Reliable internet connection and availability during EST working hours

What you'll do

• Manage multiple Facebook business accounts — creating and scheduling posts, monitoring comments, and tracking performance metrics
• Identify and join relevant Facebook groups, ensure guideline compliance, and build relationships with group administrators
• Track engagement data and generate performance reports using spreadsheets
• Monitor account health across all client accounts and flag issues proactively
• Support client growth by maintaining organized, accurate records of group activity and outreach

What we're looking for
