Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple client accounts.
• Handle both Lead Generation and D2C/E-commerce campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns for CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC and conversions.
• Plan campaign structures, audiences, budgets and scaling strategies.
• Conduct creative, audience, offer and campaign structure testing.
• Build and optimize retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify scaling opportunities.
• Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, events and UTMs.
• Work closely with creative and landing page teams to improve performance.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Take ownership of campaign performance across assigned accounts.
  
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Agency experience is mandatory.
• Experience managing Lead Generation + D2C/E-commerce clients.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, Conversion API and tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing meaningful monthly ad budgets.
• Ability to take ownership of campaign performance.
