About the Role

We're looking for a data-driven and creative Meta Ads Manager to plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns. Your primary focus will be generating quality leads, increasing bookings, driving retail sales, and maximizing ROAS across multiple salon locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads for salon services, memberships, and promotional offers.
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Create audience strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the creative team for high-converting ad creatives and videos.
• Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximize returns.
• Install, monitor, and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and present weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, policies, and algorithm changes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of generating leads and achieving positive ROAS.
• Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Experience with lead generation, e-commerce, or local business campaigns.
• Ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions independently.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, healthcare, luxury, or hospitality marketing is an added advantage.
