We're not a lead-gen business. We've built the full product: online booking, secure payments, therapist scheduling, and end-to-end client management. Which means you'll be able to see exactly what your spend turns into - someone who booked, paid, and came back.

THE ROLE

• You'll own paid acquisition across Google Ads and Meta Ads, from strategy and execution through to optimisation and reporting.
• Your success is measured by CAC, conversion to paying clients, retention and marketing efficiency. Not impressions. Not clicks.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Build, launch and scale campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Drive acquisition across Kerala, the GCC, the US, the UK and Canada
• Optimise for actual paid therapy bookings, not leads
• Own conversion tracking: GA4, Meta CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, offline conversion imports
• Run continuous A/B tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages and campaign structures
• Brief the creative team on what messaging and formats to test
• Manage budgets and improve efficiency through ongoing optimisation
• Report weekly on CAC, ROAS, cost per paying client, LTV and payback period

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must have

• 3+ years hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• A track record of managing meaningful budgets with measurable business outcomes
• Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, finance or another regulated/restricted category, and a solid grip on Meta's ad policies
• Multi-country campaign experience with international audiences
• Strong analytical instincts; comfortable with GA4 and attribution data
• Able to explain business performance through CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Happy to walk us through past campaigns: what worked, what didn't, and why

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Kerala or the Malayalam-speaking market
• Experience with subscription, recurring revenue or repeat-purchase businesses
• Offline conversion imports or server-side tracking implementation
• Understanding of healthcare consumer journeys and trust-building marketing
