THE JOB: You'll manage Meta ad accounts end-to-end across multiple markets: - Daily optimization, creative testing, budget scaling - Collaborate with video editor and creative team on new angles and hooks - Upload creative batches, launch campaigns, kill underperformers fast - Work with CRO team to align landing pages with ad messaging - Use AI tools to speed up workflow and ideation This is hands-on account management with full ownership, not task execution.
