Meta Ads Media Buyer for an E-Commerce Company (Remote)

Role Overview: We're looking for an experienced Senior Media Buyer to join a fast-growing DTC eCommerce brand and take ownership of paid acquisition across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). This role is focused on scaling profitable customer acquisition through data-driven campaign management, creative testing, and continuous optimization. You'll manage high-performing campaigns, improve conversion rates across the customer journey, and work closely with creative and marketing teams to maximize ROAS and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns. Manage daily campaign operations, including budget allocation, audience targeting, creative deployment, and performance monitoring. Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve: Cost Per Lead (CPL) Lead quality Conversion rates Return on investment (ROI) Implement and optimize conversion tracking using Meta Pixel, events, attribution, and funnel tracking. Collaborate with creative team members on ad concepts, creative assets, and copy improvements. Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative testing, campaign optimization, and performance analysis. Deliver clear, data-driven reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations. Execute campaigns within established media buying frameworks and best practices. 5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist. Advanced expertise managing Meta Ads campaigns. Experience managing paid media for E-commerce businesses. Strong understanding of campaign optimization, performance analysis, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, attribution, events, and funnel measurement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions. Comfortable working within established campaign frameworks rather than creating strategy from scratch. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
