Role Description

This is a full-time remote role (Latin America preferred) for Facebook Ads for Local Lead Generation. The role involves managing Facebook ad campaigns, generating new leads, conducting market research, and facilitating effective communication to convert leads into appointments. The candidate will be responsible for optimizing ads and collaborating with the sales team to achieve the desired outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications

• Experience with Facebook Ads specifically for local lead generation
• Proficiency in Market Research and Communication
• Ability to manage multiple ad accounts at once
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with Facebook Ads and marketing automation tools

Bonuses (nice to have - not required)

• Experience with Go High Level (GHL)
• Utilize AI tools to increase proficiency

Important

We manage about 70+ accounts at one time. Much of this role is managing the accounts that need attention (more leads or better quality leads). You must be comfortable "putting out fires," since every week we need to improve a handful of accounts. We also prefer that you have experience with local lead generation, as opposed to e-com. You will learn a LOT as we are always utilizing the latest tools and AI systems.
