Meta Ads Specialist Location: Philippines Employment Type: Full-time Reports to: Australian Team About the Role We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist to manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for our Australian & New Zealand clients. This role combines campaign management, client communication and account coordination. You will work closely with our Australian team and other specialists to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, clients are kept informed and advertising results continue to improve. Key Responsibilities ● Create, manage and optimise Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. ● Develop campaign strategies based on each client’s goals, target audience, budget and services. ● Set up campaign structures, audiences, tracking, creative testing and lead generation campaigns. ● Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads and key performance metrics. ● Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and reduce wasted advertising spend. ● Prepare clear performance updates and recommendations for clients. ● Communicate directly with clients through email, meetings and other approved communication channels. ● Manage client activities, notes, tasks and follow-ups within HubSpot CRM. ● Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and campaign information. ● Coordinate with account managers, designers, content writers, web developers and other internal specialists. ● Act as a liaison between the Philippines-based team and our Australian counterparts. ● Raise campaign issues, client concerns, access requirements and delivery risks with the Australian team. ● Attend internal meetings, client meetings and campaign review sessions when required. ● Ensure all work is completed accurately and within agreed deadlines. Skills and Experience ● Experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients. ● Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, campaign objectives, audiences and tracking. ● Experience working in a digital marketing agency is preferred. ● Strong written and spoken English. ● Confidence communicating with Australian clients and internal stakeholders. ● Experience using a CRM such as HubSpot is highly regarded. ● Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail. ● Ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities. ● Comfortable working independently while collaborating with an Australian team. ● A proactive approach to identifying campaign problems and recommending solutions. What Success Looks Like ● Campaigns are launched correctly and on time. ● Client communication and HubSpot records are consistently maintained. ● Campaign performance is actively monitored and improved. ● Clients receive clear updates and responsive support. ● The Philippines and Australian teams remain aligned on priorities, actions and client expectations.
