Summary

Qmulus Solutions is a Virtual Staffing Solution based in Victoria, BC, Canada. We continue to grow our offshore team in the Philippines, and we are currently seeking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale paid search and performance campaigns. This role requires strong technical proficiency in Google Ads, conversion tracking, and analytics, with a focus on driving measurable ROI.

Job Description

• Plan, build, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max (PMax)
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, CPA, and ROAS through ongoing testing and data analysis
• Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking (Google Tags, GA4, GTM)
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis
• Collaborate with internal teams on landing pages, creatives, and funnel improvements
• Troubleshoot tracking issues and ensure data integrity across platforms

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns in Google Ads
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and scaling paid search campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max (PMax)
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search + PMax required)
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4)
• Experience with campaign optimization, bid strategies, and performance analysis
• Google Ads certifications (Google Partner training/courses preferred)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions

Bonus Points

• Experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
• Familiarity with Reddit Ads and/or TikTok Ads
• Broader multi-channel paid media experience

Working Conditions

Work from home set-up; 3 hours per day, 5-day work week
