Meta Ads Specialist

This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Passio Interiors is headquartered in Australia. This role is primarily remote, in-person meetings with the Co-Director happen on an as-needed basis, typically around 1-2 times a week, with occasional in-person tasks also required.

The Meta Ads Specialist works directly with the Co-Director of Passio Interiors, an Australian-owned brand specialising in premium architectural solid brass hardware. You'll also stay closely connected with our Director and team in Australia. This role sits at the centre of our paid social presence, building and running the Meta campaigns that drive our sales and brand visibility, based on strategy and direction set by the Co-Director. It works directly with the Co-Director and our creative team.

Key Responsibilities

As Meta Ads Specialist, you'll take campaign strategy and briefs from the Co-Director and turn them into live, optimised campaigns across Meta.

• Building and launching campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager based on the Co-Director's strategy and briefs
• Setting up and refining audience targeting, placements, and budgets across campaigns
• Monitoring campaign performance daily/weekly and flagging underperforming ads or ad sets
• Pulling reporting and performance summaries (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) for the Co-Director
• Coordinating with the design/content team to ensure ad creative is ready ahead of launch dates
• Staying on top of Meta platform changes, policy updates, and new ad formats relevant to the business

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Prior hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (agency, in-house, or freelance); please include examples or a portfolio of past campaigns if possible

Skills

• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager: campaign, ad set, and ad-level setup
• Strong written English for reporting and liaising with the Co-Director
• Understanding of Meta pixel/conversions API setup and tracking (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable reading and reporting on campaign metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM)
• Experience with A/B testing methodology for ads
• Able to write or adapt short-form ad copy based on brand guidelines
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT) to support campaign and copy work
• Organised and able to work independently against a strategy brief, with regular check-ins
