Do you know what makes someone stop scrolling, watch a video, and actually take action?
We're looking for a creative, performance-minded Video Creator based in Argentina to join the teams at Missio and Faithworks Marketing, producing compelling video ads that capture attention, spark curiosity, and turn audiences into leads and customers.
We don't just create content to fill a feed. We create ads designed to make an impact.
You'll work alongside our digital advertising strategists and creative teams to transform campaign strategies into high-performing video concepts for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), helping a diverse range of clients stand out in crowded feeds.
What You'll Do- Create scroll-stopping Meta video ads: Produce engaging short-form videos designed to capture attention within the first 1–3 seconds.
- Bring creative concepts to life: Turn marketing briefs, audience insights, and campaign objectives into compelling video ads that drive action.
- Master the hook: Develop attention-grabbing openings, relatable problems, curiosity-driven messaging, and strong calls to action.
- Think in creative angles: Produce different variations of the same concept, testing new hooks, messaging, storytelling styles, and formats to discover what resonates with audiences.
- Edit for conversions: Use dynamic pacing, captions, motion graphics, sound design, testimonials, and compelling visual storytelling to keep viewers engaged.
- Create for the full funnel: Develop video ads for cold audiences, retargeting campaigns, and audiences closer to conversion.
- Repurpose existing assets: Turn client footage, testimonials, UGC-style content, and existing creative into fresh, performance-focused ad variations.
- Collaborate with strategists: Work closely with our advertising teams to ensure every creative aligns with the campaign strategy, target audience, and conversion objective.
- Improve through testing: Use campaign performance insights and feedback to help inform the next round of creative concepts.
- You have proven experience editing video content for Facebook and Instagram advertising.
- You understand the difference between a video that looks good and an ad that gets results.
- You know how to capture attention quickly and keep people watching.
- You understand direct-response creative, including hooks, pain points, benefits, social proof, and calls to action.
- You can develop multiple creative variations rather than relying on one concept.
- You're proficient in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
- You have a strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video ads or performance-driven social content.
- You're proactive, detail-oriented, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- You communicate effectively in English and can collaborate with a distributed team.
- Have worked with Meta Ads agencies or performance marketing teams.
- Understand creative testing, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and conversion performance.
- Have experience creating UGC-style ads, testimonial videos, founder-led content, or direct-response video ads.
- Can contribute creative ideas and scripts, not just execute edits.
- Have experience working with US-based clients or brands.
You'll work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and performance marketing, collaborating with teams that believe great creative should do more than look good — it should help businesses and mission-driven organizations grow.
You'll have the opportunity to work across different industries, experiment with new creative approaches, sharpen your skills, and see how your work contributes to real campaign outcomes.
If you're passionate about video editing, understand what makes people stop scrolling, and love turning creative ideas into performance-driven ads, we'd love to hear from you.
