Day-to-day tasks include recording scripted prompts in a clear and natural voice, ensuring accurate pronunciation and consistent tone, and following detailed project guidelines and technical specifications. The role involves reviewing and re-recording audio to meet quality standards, labeling or annotating recordings when needed, and collaborating with project coordinators to meet deadlines and volume targets. The specialist will also be expected to troubleshoot basic technical issues with recording equipment or software, maintain organized files, and uphold data security and confidentiality requirements.
