Job Summary

Lead a multi-team AI and Analytics organization responsible for building scalable AI platforms, conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise BI solutions. Drive strategy, architecture, delivery, and organizational growth while managing managers and globally distributed teams

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI platforms, including reusable AI agents, orchestration, and governance.
  • Own conversational analytics, self-service analytics, and enterprise reporting platforms.
  • Ensure AI quality, reliability, security, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Build and scale teams of software engineers, data engineers, data scientists, BI developers, and analysts.
  • Define technology strategy, organizational design, hiring, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Partner with business and technology leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 14+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Platforms, Data Science, or related fields.
  • 7+ years of people management experience.
  • 2+ years managing managers or multiple teams.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI, analytics, or data-driven products.
  • Strong expertise in AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, software architecture, cloud platforms, APIs, data pipelines, and BI solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Conversational AI and Agentic Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, LLMs, RAG, Vector Databases, and MLOps.
  • Proficiency in Python, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and Power BI.
  • Expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, DevOps, CI/CD, and observability.

Education

  • Typically requires a minimum of 14+ years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
