OVERVIEW

Responsible for supporting the talent strategy and driving employee engagement by collaborating with Human Resources management and business leaders to define, strategize, and implement learning solutions, systems, tools that support company business strategies. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Partner with CMSU leaders, HR Business Partners, external experts and vendors to conduct skill needs assessments, enhance holistic development frameworks, create and lead development programs such as Monthly Manager Series, professional development and lunch n learns.
• Build and deploy training materials to support performance management, talent management, career pathing and framework, and talent reviews.
• Manage HR communications and correspondence with Corporate Communications to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader organization.
• Support and maintain cross-functional experiences to accelerate development for targeted talent pools.
• Design, develop, and facilitate custom instructor-led and self-directed programs to meet critical development needs for managers and employee population. Create engaging learning experiences and compelling course content that enhances retention and application of knowledge.
• Manage multiple projects and stakeholder groups at once. Project manage the design and implementation of agreed-upon solutions with internal and external subject-matter experts.
• Deliver on results by staying abreast of internal and external perspectives, data trends, HR laws and regulations, and best practices.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
• In partnership with the greater HR team, Executive leadership, and other stakeholders you will build and manage a wide variety of talent management & development solutions including professional growth and development, organizational development, performance management, retention, engagement, career architecture solutions and more.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated ability of implementing and evolving leadership and talent management programs at a department level.
• Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of management with impact across an organization.
• Expertise in a variety of organization, leadership and talent models, tools and methodology.
• Must be familiar with using dashboards, metrics and data to evaluate effectiveness of programs and to communicate results.
• Strong, demonstrated skills in the areas of instructional design, course content design and facilitation
• Strong, demonstrated skills in the areas of business acumen, strategic thinking, influencing others, presentation and facilitation skills, program and project management.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated political savvy and emotional intelligence.
• 4 Year / bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Learning or related field
• 5 years' experience in HR, OD, Learning, or other related field to include experience in managing talent management processes (e.g., performance evaluations, organizational development, competency model, Lominger competencies etc.).
• Must have strong facilitation skills using virtual platforms, MS Teams, Adobe Connect and others.
• Pay Information: Min. Salary of $112,900 to Max Salary of $181,800 (annual equivalency) plus bonus potential.
